Here's the left side of December 2.
I used more red cardstock and some My Mind's Eye paper under the ivory cardstock. I distressed both the MME and the ivory with Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink.
Two red buttons are in opposite corners.
The hope paper is glossy cardstock covered with Alcohol Inks--two different reds and silver. The hope stamp is from Michael's dollar bin; ink is Stazon.

OK, last Dec Daily post for today. :-)
Here's the right side of December 1. I punched two trees and then really liked the negative of it so I used a circle punch to cut it out. It kind of makes it look like the trees are in front of a rising moon.
I used the same dollar bin tree stamp along the bottom as I used on the left side of the layout.
I also found a cool quote, which I wrote on the bottom of this day's page:

This layout features more of the red and green cardstock I used throughout the Daily. I used a border punch on the red and adhered it over an L-shaped piece of green (meaning, the green just extends across the top and down the right side--I used ink along the bottom of the page.) The green is repeated on the right side of this layout.
I stamped a Christmas tree (dollar bin at Michael's!!) in Fired Brick Distress Ink for a tone-on-tone effect, then made a little pocket out of the same red cardstock. I got a sweet and unexpected email, so I printed that out and placed it in the pocket.

The right side of November 30 features more Tim Holtz grunge shapes. This time I used letters to spell JOY and also inked them with Fired Brick.
My Psalm for the day contained the verse about joy coming in the morning, which I thought was kind of funny since I had already adhered JOY on that page, so I wrote that verse down underneath the letters.
I used the same BoBunny paper on this side too and more Smooch Spray. I so love that stuff. ;-)

Just a few more pages and I'll be totally caught up! YAY!!
This is Nov 30. I used some of Tim Holtz's grunge shapes. First, I punched the shape out and then I sponged ti with Fired Brick Distress Ink. Then I placed it on the green cardstock I used for both sides of this day and sprayed both pages with Vanilla Smooch Spray. I moved the grunge swirl to the opposite side of the paper and adhered it with Glossy Accents.
I added a bit of BoBunny paper on the bottom--just a small piece because I didn't want to cover up the swirls.

This is the right side of the 29th. More red Bazzill and poinsettia paper from Reminisce. (I fussy cut the poinsettias out for both pages.) I added more of my beloved Distress Stickles in Rock Candy to the berries of the flower. It's very subtle and makes the berries look frosted. Very cool. ;-)
The cardstock was a smidge short so I used green glitter glue to cover the exposed chipboard on the left edge and also to make a border on the right edge. That bothered me so I didn't do it again. Most of the pages have some kind of distressing (or Distress Ink) on them and the sparkly glitter really doesn't go very well.
I like that I'm learning lessons as I go....I hope next year's December Daily will be MUCH better!!! ;-)

I'm trying to catch up with my December Daily pages so I can post each day's on the correct day as I go along through Advent.
This is the left side of November 29 I have red cardstock, Reminisce poinsettia paper, music paper and ivory cardstock. The little gold music notes are from garland on my Christmas tree, which I put up on the 29th. Each and EVERY year, more notes fall off that garland! Eventually it will just be a hunk of string. But at least I'll have the notes to remember it by!! LOL!
The music paper and the ivory cardstock were distressed with Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy.
